like x-men, spiderman never needed the mcu. he is stronger as an IP when he is not in the mcu. Remind everyone how The Amazing Spider-Man 2 did again.

Actually, I don't know why so many people seem to think that profitability is only a factor of box office. Studios make money from movies in many ways including merchandising, home video, and TV/streaming rights. This income can continue for many years. So we have no way of knowing which one of these movies will be more profitable. Well for Sony & their Marvel movies we can and box office is key, Sony I recall gave back the rights to march and such prior to TASM 1 or 2, in exchange for full revenue from the selling of the films themselves, so merchandising and licensing which is a huge boost for these films isn't a factor for Sony, and box office/ticket sales you would assume would tie directly into home media and TV/Streaming rights, now one could become a more cult classic and have great longevity but seems morel likely they will do the same, also Sony may package their Spidey films altogether to sell to networks or streaming services in which case they would be worth the exact same as one another in that regard.

‘Spider-Man 3’ suffered from too many storylines. ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ suffered from a lame villain. ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’ suffered from too many storylines AND lame villains. You were saying?

you have a low IQ and are very offensive to veteran Marvel fans not to mention the lie you tell. shall we check out the facts?
1. why will xmen need the mcu when mcu cant even make xmen movies? logan, dofp, deadpool? these movies are beyond the mcu jokey disney light formula for kids that are mcu.
2. why would spiderman need the mcu after the raimi movies? when mcu spiderman homecoming is perhaps the most childish movie along with ant man and gotg?
3. why would spiderman and xmen need the mcu when mcu are far from great to the point that mcu has damaged the comic genre? something spiderman and xmen in particular gave credibility too?
tell me how will mcu adapt E is fr extinction again? is that jokey like thor 3 or cgi no plot fest like infinity war?
you mcu bafoons never stop to make me laugh.
Actually, my IQ normally ranges from 138-143 depending on the IQ test. Not sure where you're from but in my part of the world that's generally not considered low. Anyway, since Scabs and Haunted already called you out on your behavior I guess I'll do my part and do away with the original snarky comments I had prepared for you. So with that said, here's me trying to debate your points in a decent manner. 1. MCU can't make X-men movies because they don't own the rights to make them. It's a pretty straightforward reason. 2. Sony only produced 2 good Spiderman movies out of 5. SMHC was the best Spiderman movie since Spiderman2, which proves that Sony was unable to replicate their previous Spiderman success without the help of the MCU. 3. This is all purely your opinion. The MCU is currently the most successful studio putting out superhero movies - that's a fact. Fact >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> your opinion. 1. mcu cant make xmen movies because they cant adapt most of their stories truly. disney will see xmen as too adult or too dark to fit their kid jokey brand.
2. spiderman 2 good movies are superior to all the mcu movies. what the first 2 spiderman movies showed was despite the ups and down of sony. they were still be better choice for spidey than disney. CHECK OUT THEIR GAMES.
3. opinions based on facts and real film making also comic book mythology.
it is of fact mcu is the most successful comic movies just like twilight is the most successful vampire series Its about money right and for disney, the dumber their movies, ther more money they get. however
buffy/blade/interview with a vampire >>>>>>>>>> twilight.
best of Xmen and DC>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> MCU

This is the curse of 3 DEV ADAM. The first official theatrical Spider-man movie was made in Turkey and had an evil Spider-man being hunted down by Santo and Captain America. Globalists should be rejoicing about it. You cannot escape your destiny. Time for a big budget remake. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6h8WntefD0

1. No dude, the MCU can't make X-men movies because they DON'T. OWN. THE. RIGHTS. C'mon man, I'm really trying to debate nicely here but you'd have to be either a complete idiot or a fullblown troll to keep insisting that the reason the MCU is not able to make X-Men movies is due to them being too kiddie instead of, you know, the fact that they don't have the rights. I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that you're neither an idiot or a troll, so work with me here. 2. There were no ups and downs with the Sony Spiderman movies. They went up for their first two then it was completely downhill from their until they partnered with the MCU and finally got back on track with SMHC. Now you can claim that SM1 and 2 were better than any MCU movie, and you're entitled to your opinion, but the fact remains that Sony was unable to ressurect Spiderman from his slump up until MCU helped them out. 3. What you said literally made no sense. Facts based on mythology? What the hell is that? Anyway, the MCU movies are successful in nearly every known metric for judging a movie's success. Box office to critical reception to audience reaction to social media coverage. Fact remains that the MCU is not only the most successful cbm franchise, they're possibly the most successful movie franchise overall. And they completely blow Sony and Fox out of the water when it comes to cbm dominance.

And they completely blow Sony and Fox out of the water when it comes to cbm dominance.Doesn't mean jack. Critics lost all credibility when they no MCU movie is considered rotten and when movies like WW, The Last Jedi, Ghostbusters 2016 and Black Panther get very high aggregates. Critics also started to realise people are abandoning traditional cinema and only going to MCU comic book movies to keep box office numbers afloat, which in turn is keeping critics in their overpaid jobs so they are more inclined to give positive reviews to not upset the status quo. Critics these days are not reliable. And money generated just means more casual part-time 'fans' are watching the movie because they are made for mass consumption like McDonalds so easy to digest. In a way I'm glad no Xmen movie has reached a billion because films that do are usually low on artistic integrity. Studios have to dumb films down if they want the biggest box office take from mass worldwide markets because the average cinema goer has a low film IQ.

amazing spiderman was quite promising for fans, it was down after spiderkid homecoming high school musical
lol...comic book movie dominance? you meant the disgrace and lack of credibility of the genre? mcu is the most successful comic films like twilight is for vampire series. infact mcu is just like the kardashian. the most successful realty tv stars. it all fits.

You forgot to say "PERIOD", the little dot after FACT is weak for this type of post... and you put buffy first in your list, that just draws negative attention to something off your topic and makes people wonder you might be a bronie as well. Just not a good trend and detracts from the meat of your post. Just a little advice, take it or leave it. Carry on.

Which is why films like Venom and Suicide Squad made so much. Both Wonder Woman and Ghostbusters 2016 reviews are artificially boosted by their feminist subversion to the genre and critics lapped it up.

Like Fox-men, Sony could only produce few good Spidermen movies and rest were mediocre. Both X-men and Spiderman need the MCU to revitalize the characters and make them great again. you have a low IQ and are very offensive to veteran Marvel fans not to mention the lie you tell. shall we check out the facts?

How do you debate with a person who insists the sky is green or that 2+2=5 or that bacon is a vegetable? Because that's pretty much how arguing with you feels like. Your statement - "black panther is an inferior version of first class" - is about as random, inaccurate and ridiculous a statement as you can get that the only plausible explanation here is that you're trolling hard. So I'm going to stop wasting my time on you, because there's no way for me to properly call you out for being a troll without risk of breaking our newly created forum rules.
