To be fair, they let him keep the championship trophy so on some level it was allowed. Steal a bike? Cops take it back. Deflate a football to win the game? Win is still etched in history. Doesn’t sound so flagrant to me. Just because they let him keep the trophy doesn't mean it was earned or legitimate. MLB let all the home run records in baseball stand despite the rampant steroids use. But that doesn't mean those records were earned or legitimate. Everyone knows those home run records were achieved by using steroids. And everyone knows that Tom Brady is a cheater and fraud who won those championships by cheating. Who do you hate more - Brady or the MCU?

If the ref throws a flag for offensive holding, he committed offensive holding. It doesn’t matter if it looks like he didn’t, it doesn’t matter what the rulebooo states is defined as holding, the ref is the one who decides. I’m no Pats fan, but the NFL decided Brady’s actions were legitimate. 1st, no refs don't decide the rules. The rulebook defines the rules. Sometimes a player commits offensive holding and doesn't get flagged. That doesn't mean he didn't commit offensive holding. That just means the refs missed the call. 2nd, the NFL decided Brady's actions weren't legitimate. That's why Brady was suspended for 4 games and the Patriots were fined $1 million and had draft picks taken away. The NFL didn't take the titles away just like MLB didn't take the home run records away, but everyone knows Brady's championships are as tainted by cheating as the MLB home run records re tainted by steroids use.

You perceive the rule book to define the rule, but that’s a naive way to look at it. The refs define the rule. They decide who is and isn’t holding. The rulebook trained them, but they’re the real rulebook. Sure they’ll get flak for not following it, but they still are the ultimate force to decide what is and isn’t holding. NFL decided Brady committed an act worth suspending... but not retracting the win/title. It was bad, but not that bad is their judgement. Tainted like terroir baseball records in your eyes, but they’re perfectly fine with letting it go. NFL says brady’s Actions deserve a medium suspension but is otherwise acceptable. If it wasn’t, they wouldn’t have accepted it.

But NFL didn't retract the titles, just like MLB didn't retract the home run records set by steroids use, because they can't go back and change past games. But everyone knows that the MLB home run records were set by steroids use and everyone knows that Tom Brady won his titles by cheating. And that's what history will remember. It's been a century since the Black Sox Scandal, but Shoeless Joe Jackson is still most remembered in history for being part of the Black Sox Scandal. And a century from now, Tom Brady will be most remembered for being the biggest cheater and fraud in NFL history.

No, I mean, why is there suddenly a barrage of negative reviews being posted today specifically? Well it must be that the movie is officially released today (in real life, yesterday). I have noted that most of the reviews in Rotten Tomatoes are not from main press and media. So, most of these reviewers probably weren't invited to press screenings and had to wait until yesterday to watch the film. Also, there are a lot of foreign revisers in the RT and we really don't know when they watched it. So, if there is a day it was going to get tons of bad reviews, today seems the perfect day for that...

Yeah, you are right. They main page seems slow with the updates. However, I was asking because in the past rotten tomatoes seemed to have different numbers in different pages. I remember that before the UK page didn't have the same scores than the American one. I dint't want it to seem as rude as it looks like...

I wouldn’t even care that much if the movie were to end up in the 50 percent range, if not for the fact that it was around 70 percent for an entire week. At least with BvS and JL, those movies were always rotten, so there was less of a reason to have any hope.
