1. You're using a bait title. Your OP has got nothing to do with your title. It's a troll tactic.
2. You provided no proof why MCU characters have no choice. You just spouted some made-up nonsense.
3. I choose the MCU, because at least in the MCU there's less chances of my existence getting wiped out or reset simply due to the sheer capriciousness of higher powers. Don't take my word for it, just ask Deathstroke, Flash, Joker, Batman or Darkseid how their existence fared.

how is the MCU predetermined? it's not it's literally the same as real life, any choice you make can alter the future of events, if you can perceive these choices and what can lead to one from the next you can reasonably predict the outcome, which is actually a theory that is plausible in our own reality, that if you can know the exact placement and trajectory of every molecule or atom or whatever in the universe at any time you could predict the future , it's just their is so much randomness and such a vast amount of shit you need to know to do this it's impossible to do so...hence time stone. MCU is predetermined. Banner confirmed that when he said they can't change the past. That means they also can't change the present or the future and means that everyone's future is already pre-destined and set in stone. Thus no one has any free will to make any different choices to change their future. Some people might prefer to live in a universe where everything is already pre-determined for them. But I think that such a universe would be bleak because there would be no hope since you can't strive for better things because your future is already pre-determined and set in stone.

I'd rather live in the universe where the heroes aren't bloodthirsty murdering pyschopaths like Batman and Superman. So MCU. So you rather live in a universe where super-powered beings don't believe in the justice system or trial by a jury of the people and instead believe in absolute monarchies and dictatorships where Might Makes Right and if you just happen to be among those who aren't mighty or powerful, then too bad for you?

Most of the heroes in the MCU have no qualms about killing. Tony even installed an “Instant Kill” feature in a 15 year old boy’s suit! That’t not a dig at the MCU, by the way. They kill out of necessity, Batman, Wonder Woman hell Aquaman they killed just for the lolz, Batman was straight up murderous in BVS, only time an MCU hero was such was ok well 3 occasions, Thor in his first movie before 2 days on earth gave him clarity that thousands of years of life in Asguard never did...that's so stupid...and when T'Challa though Bucky killed his father and when Tony learned Bucky did kill his mother & father...no wait Gamora is pretty murderous, Groot's kinda psychotic, as is Nebula, Drax is straight up fucking nuts and murder, and Peter shot his own father point b lank in the face...ok all these heroes are murderous bastard, and I love them all Batman kills criminals who are committing crimes. Hulk killed US soldiers who were just doing their job trying to protect innocent civilians. And Scarlet Witch killed dozens of innocent people. And Bucky killed at least 2 defenseless civilians who were already wounded in a car accident.

Sounds like you're describing the DCEU. Batman wanted to kill Superman because he destroyed parts of Metropolis, when Batman could've given Superman a trial and let the jury decide if he's guilty or not. But instead, Batman decides to be judge, jury, and executioner and wants to kill Superman because he doesn't believe in the justice system and is a tyrant.

At the end of Wonder Woman, Diana says "I used to want to save the world. To end war and bring peace to mankind. But then, I glimpsed the darkness that lives within their light. I learned that inside every one of them, there will always be both. The choice each must make for themselves". Basically, Zeus created Mankind and gave Mankind free will and free choice. Some people choose to be good and some people choose to be evil. But each person has the free will to make that choice for themselves and not even a demigod like Diana can make that choice for them. So in the DCEU, every individual has free will to make their own choices. By contrast, the MCU takes the opposite approach. In the MCU, everyone's destiny is already pre-determined and no one has any free will to make their own choices. I think that a universe in which everyone's destiny is already pre-determined and no one has any free will to make their own choices is a universe without any hope because you can't strive for better things since your destiny has already been set in stone. So which universe woud you prefer to live in? That's interesting considering you claimed in the past "Diana is the Godkiller so her destiny is to face and defeat Ares"...looks like in the universe of "free will" her destiny is pre-determined She still has to choose that path. It's similar to Perseus in Clash of the Titans. Zeus told Perseus to "Find and fulfill your destiny." Zeus can't make Perseus choose to face Medusa or the Kraken. It has to be Perseus who makes the choice to go face Medusa and the Kraken. Similarly, not even the Gods can make Diana choose to leave Themyscira and battle Ares. Heck, Ares wanted Diana to join him but not even Ares can make Diana choose that path. It's ultimately Diana's choice to choose to leave Themyscira and Diana's choice to choose whether or not to join Ares. In DCEU, every individual has free will to choose their path. In MCU, everything is already pre-determined and set in stone and no one has any free will to choose a different path.

Batman killed the guys protecting the kryptonite, which btw wasn't illegal he just fucking killed them, didn't even give them a chance to surrender, he also was planning on oremeditated murder of Superman you dumb cunt.
Bucky was mind controlled and so not at fault you pillock, Hulk was never said to have killed anyone, they actually show most of the times him specifically not killing people, Scarlett Witch accidentally killed some people by trying to not let another group of people die , it was a mistake, not intentional, unlike Aquaman letting Manta's father die maliciously, or leading an army of the Trench and commanding sea creatures to EAT ATLANTIANS ALIVE!!! Diana also premeditatedly murder the German dude and killed him when he was defenceless.
Like I said I don't care I love it, but you sir are an imbecile and a buffoon now kindly go blow a goat you moronic shit weasel.

Sounds like you're describing the DCEU. No, it's the MCU where Steve Rogers basically believes that super-powered individuals like Bucky shouldn't have to abide by the justice system or trial by the jury of the people and where Rogers believes that super-powered individuals should have autonomy to do whatever they want without any checks or balances or oversight, which is basically what an absolute monarchy or dictatorship is.

Bucky was mind controlled and so not at fault And that should be for a jury to decide rather than Buck's best friend to decide. Bucky killed 2 civilians. That's a crime against the people. So it should be a jury of the people who should decide whether or not Bucky is guilty. Because that's how the justice system works in free and democratic counties. But Steve Rogers didn't want the people to judge Bucky because Rogers is against freedom and democracy. Rogers wanted to unilaterally decide Bucky's innocence or guilt, which is basically how it works in absolute monarchies and dictatorships. 1 person with all the power to unilaterally decide who's innocent and who's guilty. Hulk was never said to have killed anyone Hulk was shown killing US soldiers who were just doing their jobs trying to protect innocent civilians. Hulk ripped apart a tank and threw it at a helicopter, causing the helicopter to crash and burn, killing the pilot and any passengers inside the helicopter. Diana also premeditatedly murder the German dude and killed him when he was defenceless. Killing an enemy combatant in a war isn't murder.

But I think that such a universe would be bleak because there would be no hope since you can't strive for better things because your future is already pre-determined and set in stone. No thicko he was saying logically you cannot change your past, he was saying they don't live in a DYNAMIC TIMELINE, presumably he thought they lived in a FIXED TIMEINE but as we see in the movie they live in a multiverse timeline, or a branching timeline, divergent timeline, whatever you wish to call it, basically EVERY choice is played out, this is the same as the DC Universe a realisation of this is what causes Owl Man as seen in the DC Animated movie Justice League Crisis On Two Earths.
This is why the Avengers change things in the past, if they didn't why didn't Loki get away with the Tesseract originally, why wasn't Peter knocked out when retrieving the Power Stone, why weren't their troops on guard in Dark World when the Dark Elves attacked because a sentient "rabbit" had attacked Thor's girlfriend? those changes created different timelines there by MULTIVERSE, which still means you cannot change your own past in the MCU, because doing so erases the current you, replacing it with a you from the new timeline, and if the changes were to stop the Snap, well then the new you wouldn't need to go back in time to stop it which would cause the timeline to revert, which would cause the snap meaning you had to go back...blah blah blah TIME LOOP!! that is NOT the MCU's approach to time travel.
But you are just too fucking dumb/ignorant/twatish to grasp this though aren't you?

Unless you are deemed a terrorist in which case you are detained indefinitely without trial which is how Bucky was openly being told he would be treated like, and also they attempted to kill him rather than detain him MULTIPLE times.
They literally show Hulk not killing EVERYONE else during that, Ross I don't think ever mentions the men Hulk has killed, so this is just you stating opinion over fact which is meaningless.
The german dude wasn't her enemy, she wasn't part of either side of WW1 she was simply at war with Ares, he was not Ares and she killed him when he was cowering in fear on the floor, she makes it a point of trying to kill him rather than complete the missions the good guys sent them on, why? because that's not her war, her war is with Ares she a demi god murdered a meek mortal because she was so bloodthirsty she didn't figure hey the god of war probably shouldn't be surprised by the ability of an Amazon, but he was and she was too ignorant to figure this out.

You don't get to have it both way retard, by Batman, Aquaman & Diana deciding the fate of criminals they are asserting their will over the justice system, it's no fucking different than what you are bitching about with Steve Rogers, except with that it's 1 character doing so to protect his best friend from unlawful detainment and attempted murder and with the DCEU it's just them deciding yeah fuck it I decide this shit outright...you fucking plank.

they attempted to kill him rather than detain him MULTIPLE times. They fired at him because he was a dangerous suspect who fled rather than surrender peacefully. That's what law enforcement does when a dangerous suspect flees and refuses to surrender peacefully. They literally show Hulk not killing EVERYONE else during that his is just you stating opinion over fact It's not an opinion. It's a fact. The movie literally showed Hulk killing the US soldiers in the helicopter. Hulk ripped apart a tank and threw it at the helicopter, causing the helicopter to crash and burn, instantly killing the pilot and any passengers inside the helicopter. The german dude wasn't her enemy, she wasn't part of either side of WW1 Diana was working with a US Air Force officer. She translated the journal to a room full of Allied Generals in England. So Diana was clearly on the side of the Allies.

Like I said, Batman killed criminals who were committing crimes. That's not murder nor is it asserting will over the justice system. Since you still don't understand the difference, I'll try to explain it to you slowly. If a bank robber takes a hostage and threatens to kill the hostage and a cop shoots and kills the bank robber during the robbery, that's not murder nor exerting any will over the justice system. Because the bank robber was committing a crime when the cop shot and killed him. Now if a criminal was in custody (like Lee Harvey Oswald was) and someone shot and killed him (like Jack Ruby did), then that is murder. Because the suspect wasn't in the act of committing a crime when he was shot and killed. And in fact, a jury of the people did find Jack Ruby guilty of murder. The criminals that Batman killed were committing a crime. Unlike Strucker in Age of Ultron. Strucker was just standing there, unarmed and made no attempt to attack Captain America. Yet Cap just threw his shield, made of the strongest metal on Earth and strong enough o stop Thor's hammer, into an unarmed and defenseless man who wasn't in the act of committing a crime so hard that the man literally bounced off the brick wall behind him before his corpse fell to the ground.

No stupid it's not considered murder if the bank robber posses a clear and present danger to you or others, then it's self defence or in the defence of another person, if said bank robber has both arms filled with gym bags full of cash and is running out the door and someone shoots them in the back of the head it's murder, same if a cop see's a known wheelman sitting anxiously infront of a bank in a car with no plates whilst an obvious bank robbery is taking place, if that cops shoots that driver who has both hands on the wheel presenting NO immediate danger then it's murder or a blatant over use of force at the very least.
The people protecting the kryptonite aren't criminals for all we know doing illegal things, Kryptonite isn't illegal in the DCEU, sure maybe they were smuggling it in but smuggling a greet rock isn't a capital offense, and even if it was Batman does not have the right to kill people because of it without trial, again he made the choice they are criminals, they deserve to die it's the same thing you a whining about you fucking stupid WAFFLE.
Also cap didn't kill Strucker you moron, jesus fucking Christ he is killed later in the film by either Ultron or the twins, get yah facts straight you ignorant shithead.
