What's interesting is that Ant Man( that i consider the worst MCU movie) once had a chance to be a great movie. That is when Edgar Wright was involved and if he were to have creative freedom Creative freedom and MCU are two phrases that are a contradiction. MCU dictator Kevin Feige runs a tight ship and doesn't allow MCU directors to have any creative freedom at all. That's why Patty Jenkins left Thor: The Dark World. Because Fiege wouldn't allow her to have the creative freedom to make a better movie. So Thor: The Dark World turned out to be a disappointment and Wonder Woman became a great movie. Pretty sure that's why Edgar Wright left also

Also The Dark World is a really fun movie.

Everything Kat Dennings did or said. Natalie Portman phoning it in and looking like she does not want to be there. Kat Dennings's male friend, whatever his name was. EVERY single joke( in that regard this and Antman are bottom of the barrel). Really garbage cinematography ( except for Thor's mother funeral) and music.
Don't bother replying: you'll say all those are fine, save yourself some time

Even if you don't like her, which I do, Kat is barely in the film, what else was Portman supposed to do? and are these the only examples you have for claiming the film isn't good?
Also can you define anything wrong with the cinematography. I really don't see an issue. The film looks great as far as I can tell.

Exactly the answer i was expecting. So, a movie that has jokes that don't work for you every 5 seconds it's still great, right? And phoned-in performances, and music, etc. still doesn't bother you? or you shut your critical eye the moment you see the Marvel logo?

Why does everybody hear need to speak in absolutes? WW is NOT better than all MCU movies and neither is it worse than all of them. It's better than some and worse than some.

It's that they aren't problems to begin with. The jokes did work, I feel like I'm watching Jane Foster, and the music is great. I especially loved the score over Friga's death.
I'm not sure why you see these as problems quite frankly. I loved every second.

Can you address the concerns I brought up showing why it's not as good as First Avenger. Afterall these are critics giving review 4 years apart from one another. I'm not sure they've played them side by side, but if you did I think it's pretty clear. I'm happy if you disagree but can you articulate why.

Ah well let's find something you've watched then. Guess you also agree that Superman Returns was a better movie than Batman Begins? Or that Ironman 3 is quite a bit better than Watchmen? Even IM2 is apparently better than Watchmen.

Yes, I definitely think SR was better than BB. And, although I enjoyed WM on a personal level, I can also see why both IM would be rated higher.

I know you want me ( and everyone else ) to go thru these movies point by point, but I am not a movie critic ( or a professional writer ) and I never claimed to be, so, I will not be doing that. I like FA a lot ( CA is my favorite Marvel hero ) but a movie being enjoyable ( and fun to watch ) does not automatically make it higher quality.

SR over BB? Uhmm... ok, I can respect your opinion. I guess that also means you agree that IM1 is better than TDKR and WW?
