I noticed John LaMarr hasn't been active very much this season and he wasn't in this episode at all. It's like they don't know what to do with him since moving him to engineering.

New episode; "Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow".
It was good. Not too much of the Moclans. Adrianne Paliki (Commander Grayson) was terrific. And Lieutenant LaMarr was back.
This is how I remember the old Star Trek.

(Last two episodes on the FoxNow app have only had 2 commercials during commercials breaks.)

I forgot to watch the 2nd part of the episodes where the goofball robot and his race were evil. I wonder where Seth got that idea from? Doctor Who:The Next Generation maybe? Anyway someone spoil the 2nd part for me. Let me guess. The love of a strong black woman "cured" the goofball robot of being evil and he saved his human pals? Or was it all a big misunderstanding and the robots were sorry about their multiple genocide? "Our bad beep beep"

The robots were then overwhelmed by the resistance and fled back to their home planet. That robot race - the Kaylon - was part of last night's episode. The Kaylon are now the number one threat to the Union of Planets. You are welcome.

New episode was great, loved the cliffhanger! I'm guessing the memory wipe didn't take. It'll be interesting to see what effects this has on time, though I assume it won't be good.

It is fascinating to think you can have multiple versions of yourself, they could have different timelines and experiences. They could meet. And just being in the same room and touching one another would not automatically destroy anything. Kinda like going back, reliving your life and learning from earlier versions of yourself not to make the same mistakes.

New Orville tonight. Looks like a continuation of the Kelly decision to not date the captain.

I liked it even though I knew they'd fix everything in the end. I'm glad they didn't skimp on any characters in this timeline and we got to see what all of them were up to though Bortus was a bit of a stretch.
It was great seeing Alara back! I wish she would have gone to The Orville with them though. Ed's "Jar of Pickles" line feels empty if he's not saying it to Alara.
Hopefully this gets picked up for a third season. There's been no announcement as of yet.

The season finale was a great episode. I really hope it gets renewed.

The season finale was a great episode. I really hope it gets renewed. That was the season finale? Yes, season 2 is over. I think the original plan was to end with the previous episode and leave it on a cliffhanger but they decided against that.

Looks like the show has been renewed for season 3. It's being reported by The Wrap and some other outlets.
