The Rock? They had two mercenaries (one black, one white) who were bad, but Ed Harris' people were motivated by loyalty to their dead comrades and wasn't serious about launching the V-X gas.
Colonel Stewart and his team in Die Hard 2 are probably the most negative US soldier depictions in recent memory since he commits mass murder--and his motivation was to fight communism (and make a lot of money).
On the subject of Black Panther though--here we have the proof that Marvel-Disney is motivated by anti-white agenda in its decisions--since they make Wakanda non-multicultural--yet Asgard was not given the same treatment. They had to make the strong unwavering gatekeeper an African.
Just as Nick Fury, the most important human character in the MCU, is also black.
I bet right now that the Black Panther will have no problems with his father or other neurotic issues that the white male characters have (Tony Stark edgy about his father, Steve Rogers unsure about his place in the world etc).

So DC-Fan post got me thinking: What will Fox news/conservative media and alt right reaction to this film look like? It's got things that conservatives usually hate, including: 1. A positive lead black character 2. A white villain 3. An cast made up of %99 POC 4. A black villain who was a US soldier 5. Possible lesbian character All that's missing is T'CHALLA dating or having sex with/impregnating a white woman. February can't come soon enough!!! www.fortressofsolitude.co.za/black-panther-trailer-racist/

DC-Fan why are you ignoring this thread? Because:
1. I don't spend all day on there message boards because I have to work too.
2. Contrary to the claims by MCU fans here, I'm not trying to bait anyone or instigate anything or start any arguments. I was just posting my observation, which I did so there's no further need to comment on this thread unless someone has a specific question.

So, the implied statement of this post is that if you are an MCU fan, you have no respect for the American military. Well that's jumping two steps forward. Let's try to not make the thread go that way then, if you feel that is the course the thread will take try and veer into a better one. Again I can't lock a topic based on what it might be turned into, I can only lock it if you guys take it there.

1. Couldn't even pass the physical to get into the Army because he was too lazy to exercise and train like the other soldiers.
2. Got into the Army by taking a super-PED that made him stronger than everyone else.
3. Stole the rank of Captain from other more experienced and more qualified officers who worked their butts off to be in line for a promotion to Captain but didn't get promoted because they didn't get to take the super-PED.
4. Aided and abetted a double-murderer to flee from the authorities.
5. Pissed all over the U.S. Constitution by not letting his BFF stand trial before a jury and instead appointing himself judge and jury and declaring his BFF not guilty.

Who do MCU fans hate US soldiers? This says otherwise.

And Scabby deleted it the first time I posted that link. I swear, he's like a government official running around covering up all the past dirty deeds of the people he's being paid by.

Billy Russo, The Blacksmith, and Lewis Wilson are products of the MCU television division of which Jeph Loeb is the Senior Executive in charge. Kevin Feige has little to do with Marvel TV creatively. His mandate for MCU TV is to ensure that it performs up to the standard of the cinematic universe. That doesn't really matter. It's still part of the MCU, they are still antagonists and they were still part of the US military. Yes, MCU has always said that their TV shows and movies are connected so the TV shows, including Inhumans, are still part of MCU even if MCU fans want to disown the TV shows.

What was that you said about not baiting people? This post is obviously trying to flame a response.

OP is claiming there is a pattern. Now others can explain why they disagree. He not just claiming there's a pattern. He is claiming that the pattern has been enacted at the highest level of the MCU's Executive leadership in support of an anti-American military agenda. The implication being that if you are an MCU fan, you support this agenda. It's the ravings of an unhinged lunatic who ironically, himself has no respect for the military in that he would invoke their name and deeds in a petty dispute over trivial superhero fantasies.

1. Fair Enough 2. You have a history of creating troll bait topics. So either admit the following: You made this solely to antagonize some of the members of the MCU board or you are a butthurt conservative that is upset that the MCU isn't a franchise that pushes a pro military agenda like Michael Bay does in Transformers. Which is It?

The implication being that if you are an MCU fan, you support this agenda. That is the stupidest comment ever. I didn't imply anything. You're inferring something which I didn't say in this thread. I just said that the villain of Black Panther is an American soldier and that Kevin Feige likes to make American soldiers the bad guys in MCU movies. I didn't say anything about MCU fans here. If someone said Donald Trump wants to ban Muslims from immigrating to the U.S., are you going to claim that they said everyone who voted for Donald Trump is anti-Muslim?
