She could die in place of Gwen Stacy.

Who do you was better out of the two?
They were both pretty good. In fact the earlier opinion of the MCU having weak villains has really turned around a bit in the past couple of years. They haven't all been great but they've definitely gotten better.
Mysterio was probably the more interesting going into it and his abilities were more unique out the two but I'd probably give the nod to Vulture. Possibly the best Spider-Man villain of them all as far as the movies go.

Wait, they replaced Mary Jane with Michelle? That’s stupid. No it's a different character, they just said that the MJ initials was just a homage to Mary Jane but it was never meant to actually be her. So they might have Mary Jane eventually. She wasn't introduced in the comics until Peter was at college I believe.

Well Peter Parker has gone through many different interpretations throughout the years so there's no one Peter Parker.
Tom Holland's version reminds me of the Ultimate comic line version.

www.gamesradar.com/the-spider-man-far-from-home-director-wants-kraven-to-be-spideys-next-villain-in-the-mcu/"Speaking to Uproxx, Watts – who has directed both Far From Home and Spider-Man: Homecoming – revealed that his mantra behind picking a baddie is to “try to start with what [we] haven’t seen before.” With that in mind, it’s perhaps not surprising that he’s shying away from the likes of Norman Osborn, Electro, and the Lizard for his dream choice of a Spider-Man: Far From Home sequel villain. “I would love Kraven,” revealed Watts. “It’s just the trick of how do you do Kraven in a movie?” Spider-Man is like Batman, he has such an extensive list of villains that even after seven live action movies there's still ones that haven't been done yet. Kraven would be a good choice I think. The other main ones that haven't been done is Chameleon, Scorpion, Jackal and Mister Negative.

You don't give a shit now because it's done really well, had it disappointed then you'd have cared deeply. Like how you made that thread to say Captain Marvel was only going to open to $100 million despite tracking having it at $140 million.....and then it opened to $153 million instead. Said that this was going to do worse than The Amazing Spider-Man so then of course it's naturally now done better than any of them. So you jinxed both. Maybe you should change your avatar to this.

I went to see Far From Home today, thought it was better than the last one and it's the most I will enjoyed a Spider-Man man since Spider-Man 2. It's still not the best one but I enjoyed it more than I expected.
So for me I'd go with
Spider-Man 2 Spider-Man Far From Home Homecoming Spider-Man 3 The Amazing Spider-Man The Amazing Spider-Man 2

"Avengers: Endgame grossed an estimated $1.3M internationally this weekend. International total stands at $1.925B, global total stands at $2.773B."
No boost from Spider-Man or anything. Now only $15 million away. Probably close enough now that they'll just find a way to push it over somehow, give it the re-release somewhere else.

Movies 6 day is $185 million, the best for a Spider-Man movie so far. Only a couple million off Captain Marvel.
Worldwide it's at $580 million which is a good amount more than the $500 million that was expected.
So it'll be interesting to see if this can hit $400 million domestic and $1 billion worldwide.

According to Deadline the 6 day has now been narrowed down to $177-$184 million. Which I was surprised to see could make it the highest 6 day for a Spider-man movie yet.
Spider-man 2 did $180 million and Spider-man 3 did $176 million. Obviously there's a lot of inflation there but it's still impressive.

If DC-Fan can't control himself from revealing spoilers of a newly released movie, then the mods need to step in and nip it in the bud. This isn't the first time. Presumably, he knows better and he's doing it on purpose. A dick move like that deserves at least a formal warning. Looks like he went back and added in a spoiler tag after seeing your post. If there's any more spoilers just tag me and I'll fix it up. Otherwise I haven't given it a whole lot of thought because it's not damaging to the same extent as Endgame though the rules still apply just the same.

Octopus balls. Scabab can you move these responses to the Food and Drink board? Not unless it was moved into another persons thread. You can either move the whole thread or move certain posts into another thread. Besides you've been a bit of a debbie downer this week so I'm sure they're playing with you anyway.

Interesting indeed. It's no surprise that The Dark Knight is #1 but some other rankings are strange.
Batman Returns as high as #4? The Dark Knight Rises all the way down at #12? Man of Steel at #16 and below Justice League?

I'm not trolling. Someone posted some numbers and I simply asked a question. You're always trolling. You took the projected figure and negatively compared it to The Amazing Spider-Man rather than positively compare it to The Amazing Spider-Man 2. But you as a MCU hater are always unlucky when it comes to this. Every time you make out something will underperform or disappoint it will exceed expectations instead. Now the estimates have increased again to $170-190 million. So I don't know why you comment on these things because you always jinx it for yourself. Endgame probably wasn't going to pass Avatar until you said it.

So Far From Home is going to open lower than TASM did 7 years ago? No, Spider-Man is looking at $150 million+ now. Also give the trolling a rest, it's wearing thin.

Possibly. I think Toby Maguire was the most accurate to the original Peter Parker and the most likable.
But he was the weakest Spider-Man.

Movie made $26 million on Wednesday, now they're back to saying $150 million for the 6 day. They also said this.
"Far From Home we hear is cheaper than Spider-Man: Homecoming with a production cost between $160M-$165M before global P&A. Homecoming cost $175M and churned a profit after all ancillaries of $200.1M. Why is Far From Home cheaper? Our finance sources say one factor is because Iron Man Robert Downey Jr. isn’t starring in the film."
It also appears to be at $150.4 million worldwide. Looks like it opened much higher in UK than the last one.
"In offshore play, the UK grossed $3.4M on a non-traditional Tuesday opening and landed 70% higher than Spider-Man: Homecoming (which debuted on a Wednesday) and 78% bigger than Doctor Strange (which also was a Tuesday start)."

I get the feeling that this could be the next underperformer.
Box Office Pro back in May estimated a 6 day of $190-230 million. Later official tracking had it at $154 million, the exact same as Homecoming and now Sony is projecting $125 million?
It might do better than that but if this does worse than Homecoming when the character has been able to benefit from two huge Avengers movie since the last one then that'd be a surprise.
