Brady and Belichick are only 3-5 on the road this season. So the Pats aren't a good road team this season and thus unlikely to end their road losing streak in AFC Championship Games. The Chargers were a great road team this year. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Strange, and here I was thinking that a decade was 10 years, not 11. It is.

Who held the previous record for most wins in a decade? The Patriots 2000 - 2010

How many times do you think you’ve mentioned pedophilia in connection with MCU films on this board? Ten times? Maybe a dozen? Perhaps 100? Well, 1 of MCU's Directors was fired for making 100s of peodophile tweets so it was big news and everyone on the this board as well as other forums was talking about it. It's no different than how the entire sports world was talking about Tom Brady being a cheater and liar after he got caught cheating in an AFC Championship Game. Gunn is now a DC director. Tom Brady is now the undisputed GOAT. Do try to keep up.

Apparently the refs that ref'd the deflategate game is also on the field for the AFC Championship game. Take that for what it's worth. Hopefully they’ve learned that temperature affects pressure ... because if the weather forecast holds true, those football pressures are going to be way lower than the deflategate pressures. I hope someone doesn’t illegally stick a needle in an intercepted ball, jump to the wrong conclusion because they weren’t paying attention in high school, and start another multimillion dollar investigation that has become the subject of ridicule in the scientific community, throughout the country. It might be better if they just keep the footballs warm by illegally putting them in front of some space heaters on the sideline.

If Thor:TDW is a 1 and The Avengers is a 10 ... I’d give Aquaman a 4. I thought you liked it(?). I did. When measured among MCU movies, it’s in the middle of the pack.

Fuck! 8th straight AFC title game for the Pats. I hate them but they're so freaking impressive, I can't help but respect them. 8 straight, 13 overall for Brady. Not counting the year he was lost for the season in week 1 (where they ended up missing the playoffs), Tom Brady has been the starting QB for 17 seasons and gone to at least the conference championship game 13 times. Hell, he'd gone to the Super Bowl for half of his career as a starter before this season started.
A remarkable stat!

In 1991, Magic and the Lakers played in their 9th NBA Finals in 12 years while Jordan and the Bulls played in their 1st NBA Finals. Jordan and the Bulls won and that NBA Finals turned out to be a "Changing of the Guard" as that was the last NBA Finals for Magic and Jordan would go on to become the future of the NBA. Now we have the same situation in the NFL. The AFC Championship Game will mark a "Changing of the Guard" as this will most likely be the last postseason game for Shady Brady and Patrick Mahomes will most likely become the future of the NFL. In order for there to be a changing of the guard, one must acknowledge the prominence of the old guard. No doubt, DC-Fan didn’t realize he just did that. Tom Brady and the Patriots are like the dominant Magic Johnson and the Lakers of the eighties. Patrick Mahomes is like ... well ... it’s a bit too early to tell. We’ll revisit his legacy in 20 years.

You are not wrong. On paper, this Chief's team is way better than the Patriots. But then again, so were the Chargers. No, on paper, the Pats were supposed to be a better team than the Chargers. The Chargers were a #5 seed and underdogs. The 4 best teams in the NFL this season are clearly the Saints, Rams, Chiefs, and Chargers. So that's 4 possible Super Bowl matchups, 1 of which is Chargers vs Rams. So there's a 25% chance of a Chargers vs Rams Super Bowl. Doh!

Sounds like Tom Brady when he's losing. But Rivers doesn't pout and sit on the field We can all be thankful that it doesn’t happen very often.

Sounds like Tom Brady when he's losing. There’s the usual bitching that Brady and all the other QBs do, and then there’s what Rivers was doing. He was getting himself so worked up, I think it was hurting his game.

I don’t watch much Chargers football. He was having a complete meltdown during this game. Is that typical?

They have. It's already been proven that they have so it's a fact that isn't in dispute. LOL! DC-Fan must be getting tired of losing this argument every time it is disputed. ![](https://i.imgflip.com/2ptw2a.jpg)
